Press: NuStep’s T4 Earns “Most Innovative Product"            Designation

October 20, 2008

ANN ARBOR, MI - NuStep, Inc. is pleased to announce that the T4 Recumbent Cross Trainer was chosen as a “Most Innovative Product” by Long-Term Living magazine and featured in the magazine’s Platinum Products and Services Guide, a special supplement in the October 2008 issue.

Readers of Long-Term Living, a monthly publication for professionals in the continuing care industry, nominated products they considered to be the best of the year – products that helped them do their jobs and elevate patient care to new levels.  Finalists were chosen by the magazine’s editorial team.

“Platinum Products were nominated by our readers and chosen by the Long-Term Living editorial staff for their originality and benefit to residents,” says Executive Editor Maureen Hrehocik. “The NuStep T4 Recumbent Cross Trainer is a fine example of an exerciser that allows residents of all ability levels to maintain an active and healthy lifestyle.”

NuStep’s T4 was nominated by Connie Ozment, LPN, LMT, ADC, Glenbrooke at Palm Bay in Palm Bay, Florida and Amy Kleese, Fitness Director, United Presbyterian Home in Washington, Iowa. In her nomination, Kleese called the T4 a “great initiator in attracting people to an exercise program.” She noted how the T4’s user-friendly design and essential add-on accessories “have led to success for residents with functional difficulties” and added that the T4 “continues to challenge our fittest residents and creates active lifestyles for many.”

“It is an honor to have the T4 nominated by fitness leaders like Amy Kleese and Connie Ozment and to have it recognized as a ‘Most Innovative Product’ by Long-Term Living,” says NuStep Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Steve Sarns.   “The award is shared by all the team at NuStep and our valued customers.  This recognition helps keep us motivated and inspired to continue to innovate and create products that transform lives.”
